A: Yes, I converted all of my previous generation Sonos products to the S2 OS.
Q: Is this compatible with the S2 OS?
A: Hi, and thank you for your question. Connects made 2015 and after are compatible with our S2 platform, so more than likely, this will be compatible. However, it's hard to say without a serial number which is not provided to us for the particular Connect from Best Buy. The best answer we can give from this information is "probably" based on the fact that Best Buy is probably not selling a 6+ year old refurbished Connect.
