A: Yes, this headset is wireless without a wire to the controller. It uses a little wireless dongle that plugs into the Xbox. That dongle also works on PC, PlayStation, Switch and Android phones.
A: Make sure the dongle switch is set to Xbox and plugged into the front of your Xbox. Not the back. Power the headset on and hold the power button for 6 seconds. Also make sure you have the Xbox exclusive pair that come on a green box like this. The other arctis 1 wireless sets are not wirelessly compatible with Xbox.

Q: If someone in the same household has one will they interfere with each other's signals ?
A: I have three of these headsets in my small home, each connected to a different Xbox console. We have had no problems with interference. We are usually within roughly 25 feet of each other when these are being used.
Q: Will these work with the Xbox Series X?
A: Yes they will. I am currently using it daily with my Xbox series X and they work great. I was using it at first with my Xbox one X and once I got my Xbox Series X I was able to pair it with that one as well.
Q: Will this headset work with Xbox one s?
A: Yes. I use a USB 3.0 to USB C type adapter that I got from Amazon with my console.
Q: Is the connection a usb to wire to the actually connection to the headset
A: The included 2.4 GHz dongle has a USB connection to the console. You do not need a wire to the headset. It's wireless.
Q: Apple is not listed for compatibility, but will this work with iPhone or iPad?
