Q: Bluetooth to activate video, but does it also function as single picture shutter activation?
A: Yes! If you are in “video mode” the button will start and stop your video. If you’re in “photo/ portrait mode” the button will snap the picture!
A: Haven't untied it, but here's a pic. Looks like 6' to 8' total length.
Q: Does the light have to be plugged in to work?
A: The light doesn’t use a power cord at all. it uses two AA batteries so no need for any electrical wire at all. Hope that helps you Arod
Q: I want to use this with my iPhone. Where does the microphone plug into?
A: You will need an attachment that changes the standard headset type plug into a iPhone plug for it from Best Buy for both at Best Buy and walked out in 5 minutes
Q: Can this product be used with an ipad?
A: It won’t work with the attachments that come with the kit. It is designed to hold a phone and will not expand beyond a certain length (I don’t know the exact measurement, but I know it doesn’t expand large enough for an iPad). The remote, however, will work with an iPad since it is just connected via Bluetooth.
Q: Does the microphone work with an android phone? Does it need any other addition jack ?
A: Yes it comes with standard jack like headphones I had to buy attachment for my I phone but let me say it’s a nice sounding. Especially for what you pay. The whole setup is a great deal

A: Peggy, this stand is best suited for a phone or small camera. A camcorder may be to large.
Q: What camera would you recommend for this for a kid
A: I use my cell phone. It has a vise that can hole it snug! I don't use a camera with it.
