A: AlwaysSafe take forever to sync with the real time image. It lost image very easy. And even when they get sync with the QR code they keep Unsynchronized

A: Yes, it does record/playback voice.
A: No. Research open source security systems that tell you which of the many competitive cameras will work with a system. Many DVRs etc. have better features and more camera options. Almost all need internet connections for time sync. for legal based time of event.
