Happy for local availability, wish for $20, $30...

I am glad these prepaid phone cards are available in my area at all since T-Mobile has not officially rolled out their 4g LTE plans yet here (although they do have pretty good band 4 & 12 coverage as well as H+), but it is a bit of a hassle to have to purchase multiple $10 cards every month. I wish there were at least $10 AND $20 cards available. $30 would be perfect for me, but it is a not a super widely used plan.
It was the same at Best Buy when I was on Vigin Mobile...only small denominations available. Those I refused to buy and shopped elsewhere because the verification for each card took much longer. Please stock higher denomination prepaid phone cards!

Aside from the irony on the title, these pre-paid cards are great to keep your plan up and running without necessarily entrusting your bank account or credit card to the phone company (so they don't get leaked as well!)
Bitterness apart, these are great especially for those on a tight budget who use the $30 plan (the famous one with 5GB LTE for the introvert people who won't talk a lot on the phone but will use the data) or the extremely-cheap $3/month pay-as-you-go plan, which I'm using because I don't see myself talking over 200 minutes/ month on the phone to justify extra expenses on this department.
That said, you can get up to three months of service with this card!

Good Plan, annoying no $30 cards

I love the $30 per month all inclusive T-Mobile plan, but I can never find the $30 cards at Best Buy. So I have to buy multiple $10 cards and use those one at a time, 3 per month. It is annoying in that aspect. However, the cards are easy to use and the plan is great.

It takes no time at all to add the card number to my cell phone and I get $40.00 unlimited talk, text, and data. Sure beats paying $80.00 to $100.00 for usual unlimited phone plans!

My son is young but is at the age where I feel we would benefit from him having his own cell phone. While it is a big responsibility to care for a nice phone, I thought we'd start out with a prepaid one first. He knows the minutes are only for emergencies, so I get the best deal out of this.

Exactly as much as you pay for. no hidden deductions. dead simple to load into your account. i pick multiple of these up at a time, credit can be used for pay as you go or to recharge monthly prepaid accounts.
very convenient, and i think safer than having your credit card attached to the tmobile account or giving it over the phone!

A:Answeryou apply the card to a phone number and if your plan allows you to use the phone outside of the country then you are good of course the rates may be different
A:AnswerYou can't send the PIN # via email. The alternative option is to add the PIN# through the website by creating an account. This also gives you the benefit of keeping tracking your usage history, calls made, etc.
A:AnswerThe answer to your question, "Does a $40 per month T-Mobile prepaid wireless airtime card have unlimited talk, text, and data?" is NO.
A T-Mobile prepaid wirelss airtime card does not give you access to unlimited talk, text and data. Rather it gives you $40.00 = 40minutes of talk time, or $40.00 worth of texts or $40.00 worth of data transmission or some combination thereof between all three options. What it does not give you for certain is $40.00 of each option.
The answer to your second question, "will the $40.00 per month T-Mobile card work with my Nokia Lumia 521?" is YES. Any T-Mobile prepaid wireless airtime card will work with your Nokia Lumia 521 device that includes the $40.00 prepaid wireless airtime card.
Best Buy stores regularly stock the following T-Mobile prepaid wireless airtime cards:
$10.00 = 10 minutes of talk time or $10.00 worth of texts, or $10.00 worth of data transmission, or $10 worth of any combination of talk, text and data.
$15.00 = 15 minutes of talk time or $15.00 worth of texts, or $15.00 worth of data transmission, or $15.00 worth of any combination of talk, text and data.
$20.00 = 20 minutes of talk time or $12.00 worth of texts, or $12.00 worth of data transmission, or $20 worth of any combination of talk, text, and data.
$30.00 = 30 minutes of talk time or $30.00 worth of texts, or $30.00 worth of data transmission, or $30 worth of any combination of talk, text and data.
$50.00 = 50 minutes of talk time or $50.00 worth of texts, or $50.00 worth of data transmission, or $50 worth of any combination of talk, text and data.
$60.00 = 60 minutes of talk time or $50.00 worth of texts, or $50.00 worth of data transmission, or $50 worth of any combination of talk, talk, and data.
OTHER IMPORTANT QUESTIONS
What activation of a prepaid wireless airtime code does not give you is access to unlimited talk, text, and data that is for certain.
Hope that helps!
