Q: Hi, is the Tamron - SP 24-70mm f/2.8 VC USD Standard lens for Nikon compatible with my Nikon D5500.
A: It works on my d7000. I do not see why it would not work. Get the lens with the Nikon mount.

Q: Will it work on the Nikons D7200 ?
A: I have a Nikon D7000.. and the lens works on it flawlessly...it should work on the D7200... If you want to double check contact Tamron...when I have a question they are pretty good about getting back to me within a few days...the lens also works on full frame Nikon's...
