Not for iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad 8th Gen
||Posted .One of the team members from Best buy told me that this is compatible with the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad 8th Generation. Nope! Its not. It didn't work for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad 8th Generation. Maybe, It just good for laptop computer.

||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Thinking about getting a second one for a second computer. Needed a way to hook up a dual display to a Mac Mini. Paired it with the Apple Thunderbolt 3 cable and that did the trick. It comes with a cable but it was too short for my setup but it may work for other setups. I had too much distance between the Mac and the monitors so I needed the cable. The longer cable also lets you position it better in your setup. Since it has a usb c thunderbolt port you’ll find data transfers from any usb, mini sd drive, etc. will still be fast. You must use a THUNDERBOLT 3 usb c cable because it can carry over the all the data AND VIDEO data over. The standard usb c charge cable will not do it. If you don’t, only 1 screen will work in a dual screen setup.

||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.It seems to be working well, BUT: if I didn’t look it up on YouTube, I would NEVER have figured out where the cord was. The cord is SO SHORT, I have to balance it on a box so it doesn’t hang down off the back of my Mac. Should include some type of directions…. But it doesn’t.

- A:Answer Only has 1 monitor connection, this thing is small about the size of a deck of cards. Worked well for our situation but I think it’s overpriced.
