A very powerful calculator, have yet to use many of the functions. Am still getting "ERR:SYNTAX" almost everyday. Apparently my logic and TI's are not quite the same [something that almost never happens with the "competitors brand" (HP) calculator]. The TI-83 or TI-84 are the required model for many college math and science classes. Had heard the 84 was being outlawed for Chemistry because of the embedded Periodic Table? Via the TI-84's USB port, there is flawless operation with the TI "ViewScreen Panel", even without using the panel's AC adaptor. HIstorically, TI's graphing calculators do not have durability problems. Zero problems after the first year, hope to say the same in the future years.
