Q: does this come with the soft brush as well?
A: The A11 HERO EX does not include a soft roller brush. The soft roller brush is available for purchase separately.
Q: Does this happen the beater bar that wont collect hair around the brush?
A: The A11 HERO EX does not have a beater bar on the brush, but does include a hair cleaning tool to help easily remove any hair collected around the brush.
