Q: How does this model differ from the Toshiba TF-43A810U21 ?
A: The model 43LF621U21 has the Fire OS 7 and the model TF-43A810U21 has the Fire OS 6.
A: The TV has HDMI inputs and USB so you could attach ROKU, but why, the fire platform offers the same apps such as Prime, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Disney + etc without Roku. You will just need to log into whatever service you are already subscribed to and enable them on the Toshiba.
Q: Can this TV be mounted on the wall.
A: Yes, you can mount this TV on the wall.
Q: Can you opt out of the using the Alexa feature?
A: If you don't want to use the Voice Commands, just use the rest of the buttons to control your TV. If you deregister your Amazon Account on the TV, you won't be able to activate Alexa using the Mic button.
A: Try this: Press and hold the DPAD Left, Back and Menu buttons on the remote for at least 15 seconds. Then Restart the TV and press the Home button on the remote for about 2 minutes to pair the remote to the TV. For product support, please call 1-855-527-2411 available everyday from 8am - 9pm CT.
