I have been using Trend Micro for about 8 years. It is great protection! I use it on Android devices, Windows, and Mac desktops. I'm not disappointed all at with Trend Micro.

Bought Trend Security as a download and only got Error messages. This product was not available for download. I've tried calling several times and tried using tech chat with no response. There seems to be No support from Best Buy.

  There should be a website listed on the packaging, Cheesehead. Visit www.trendmicro.com/homeinstall to download the installation file for your Premium Security subscription.

After purchasing the item, I was instructed to download it from Best Buy's digital library. When I tried several times, it told me there was a problem. I tried to contact customer service and the Geek Squad with no help. They told meet go to Trend Micro's web page to get help. I bought it from Best Buy and expect them to deliver the product I bought. I got transferred to some outfit that wanted a monthly fee to get my item. Eventually I got to someone in Trend Micro who was able to help me download the product. I got no help at all from Best Buy.
