A: The documentation (both online and what comes with the product, which is the same) has no information about this. I imagine this will work, but I can also see the battery turning itself off when it senses very low current draw. You probably need to ask the manufacturer directly if you must have a definitive answer to this question.
Q: Will this be compatible with the spectre x360?
A: It charges my Lenovo Yoga 920 just fine, even while using the computer. I would think the Spectre X360 would have no trouble with this battery. HP has an annoying habit of notifying you if you use a non-HP charger. Ignore the warning - its advertising. (OTOH, if you get a Windows warning about a low power charger, you need to pay attention to that, but I doubt that will happen.)

A: Q3.you can charge your phone whenever you what. I suggest you charge it no lower then 50% and no higher then 99% as it will stress the cells in the battery if its below 50% and it's a full battery at 100%. So your battery in your phone will last a good 4 yrs with proper care.
