Q: What is the app that you download to make this wireless
A: They’re bluetooth speakers so as long as your device has bluetooth you should be able to enable them through your settings. However, there is an app you can download to control your speaker’s volume, equalizers, and power. Just look up “Boom and Megaboom” and you should find it. Just make sure the App creator is Ultimate Ears.
Q: How many watts is the speaker?
A: The Megaboom has 36 Watts
A: There are several cosmetic and performance differences between the Megaboom LE and Megaboom 3. Cosmetically, the Megaboom 3 is slightly wider in circumfrence (87 mm vs. 83 mm) and weighs a little more (925g vs. 877g), has it's charging port in the back as opposed to underneath, uses a different mesh pattern which allows the it to be dustproof as well as waterproof. The Megaboom 3 also doesn't have an auxilary in port like the Megaboom LE does. Also, the Megaboom 3 has an extra button on the top that allows you to play/pause/skip through tracks. Perfomance-wise, the Megaboom 3 has a longer bluetooth range (45m vs. 33m), higher durability rating (IP67 vs. IPX7), and works with a Power Up dock. You can pair both to the Hyperboom through the app, as well as pair them together. - Richard from Logitech
A: You can pair a Megaboom with other Megabooms and other smaller units. The best thing is you can use the stereo feature only with similar units so that means two Megabooms can use the stereo feature which works great. Shop Best Buy to find the best deal. Since Megabooms are older, sometimes a black one or blue one is now back up to 250 bucks. It's not worth that. But if they run a sale for 125 bucks or less, that's a great deal. There are many sites who sell refurbished units for that. From experience, I would not get a refurbished one. Good luck. At that price they will run out.

A: Yes it is.
Q: can u pair Alexa with this speaker?
A: MEGABOOM is not compatible with Akexa. Look at Megablast for Alexa compatibility.
Q: Can this be plugged into a keyboard to amplify the sound?
A: If you have a keyboard with a headphone jack on it, yes it will plug in, but it will pick up the sound from whatever is playing on your computer.
