Q: Does anyone know how to claim the warranty? Stopped working after only 5 months of use.
A: Mine stopped also but I also bought the extended warranty. Took it back to Best Buy with my receipts and they ordered a new one for me. I was also allowed to purchase another extended warranty on the new one.
