Q: Can the drives be swapped out for larger drives? If so, how large?
A: Per the vendor website, the EX4100 can go up to 56 TB max capacity and the PR4100 can go up to 72 TB max capacity, thus, with the appropriate drives, this is the maximum possibility. But of course, the higher the capacity, the more expense involved.
Q: Does this product support the new OS5 update?
A: Yes. Received my PR4100 today and OS5 was already installed.
Q: Does this unit really weigh 224 pounds?!
A: All four drives weigh around 6 lbs total (about 1.5 lbs each) so my guess would be 22.4 lbs
