A: No unfortunately this is designed to fit a PS5 or some PCs but there are so many external or internal hard drive that you can also find and you can use for the PS4 console

A: Yes it will work in any product that supports a m2 memory slot. . My PC motherboard has 2 different m2 slots. It actually says on the package the the RGB lighting on the memory card works with windows 10/11. So yes it definitely works with a PC motherboard that supports M2 storage.
