A: Need more info about your system and the other video card you say works fine in order to help diagnose what may be goin on. I have the same mother board but using with a GTX 1060 and no problems. I did once get into a vicious cycle playing with OC settings and couldn't get back into windows without the display going blank as soon as the OC utility started loading, but that was on a different board/cpu. Without more info could be lots of possibilities. Could be graphic settings, drivers, inadequate power supply, etc.
