A: No you can not.
A: It should work. But I will tell you Something that no one on sites like this 1 does. The watts per channel they list on all home theater receivers is in 2 Chapel stereo mode only. This receiver shows 110watts per channel. That is only for 2 channel stereo. So only your 2 front left and right speakers will get the 110watts on 2 channel stereo mode. I recommend getting and secondary amp to drive your front center,right and left speakers and this receiver should drive the rest fine. The more speakers this or any home audio/ theater receiver has hooked up to it the less each wattage each speaker gets. And your system will be quite because there not getting the rms wattage your speakers will use to produce the volume and sound quality you want or that your speakers are able to produce. A secondary amp will give a wattage per channel and each channel get the same wattage because that is the way their designed to work.
Q: Does this have an HD Radio tuner for the US models?
A: So sad, no. HD Radio is harder and harder to find. Currently there are not any home theater manufacturers including HD Radio in their products. HD Radio is outstanding. I love it because of the great audio quality, but more so for the extra channels. I find myself listening to the extra channels more than the main channels. You can purchase a HD Radio Tuner from @m@zon. Sangean HDT-20 looks decent. I have found digital streams of my favorite HD Radio stations on "radio dot com" (spelled out dot cause they will delete links). I hate having to use streams, but until I buy a Sangean HDT-20 I am stuck with relying on unreliable internet. Bang on.
A: No issues. I run mine very constant at high volume and heat is below normal.
A: Mine was pretty simple to hook up I have the RX a 1080 Avantage this receiver was easy to hook up it sounds incredible one of the best receivers I've ever owned
A: It is a little bit different. Once you set up the Amazon skill you would say Alexa ask MusiCast to play SiriusXM on my living room.
