Q: Reversible?
A: I think it's more of a shelf to the side than a monitor riser, it's not wide enough for a lot of monitor stands but it looks like you could assemble it with the keyboard tray under the shelf
Q: Why is the monitor riser not above the keyboard tray and can it be moved?
A: The narrow shelf is not a monitor riser. The narrow shelf is not removable.
