Excellent Monitor for Coding and Eye Comfort
I bought the BenQ RD320U primarily for coding and long work sessions, and it’s been excellent for eye comfort. Text looks crisp and easy to read at 4K on a 31.5” panel, and the built-in programming/reading-oriented modes make a noticeable difference when I’m staring at code for hours. I also appreciate how many practical features it includes—there are multiple display modes to match different tasks and lighting conditions, and the overall setup feels thoughtfully designed for productivity. USB-C connectivity (including power delivery) helps keep my desk clean with fewer cables. Overall, this is a strong choice if you want a monitor optimized for programming, readability, and daily comfort.
