  • Why doesn't it lock automatically？

    Please make sure the Auto Lock feature has been enabled in the TTLock app. Also check that the door closes completely and the deadbolt aligns properly with the strike plate. If the door doesn't fully close, the lock may not be able to engage automatically.

  • Why does the App keep showing a locked state?

    This may happen if the lock hasn't synchronized its latest status with the app. Make sure you're within Bluetooth range and refresh the lock status in the TTLock app. If the issue continues, check the Bluetooth connection or reconnect the lock.

  • Are the keys from different lock same?

    No. Each DESLOC B200 lock comes with its own unique mechanical keys. Keys from one lock are not designed to work with another lock.

  • Does the initial password still work after pairing with the APP?

    After the lock is paired with the TTLock app, we recommend changing the default Master Passcode for better security. Once it has been changed, the original default password will no longer work.
