Q: Anyone know if and when they'll restock this item? When does Best Buy usually do restocks?
A: I JUST asked this question in a chat session with a Best Buy agent. According to her, they should be in stock sometime next month - AFTER the promotion ends. Imagine that!!
Q: Does the S Pen work better than a regular stylus pen?
A: Yes, it's going to have all the options that is found on the Note 20 ultra excluding the Bluetooth features. For example: you can't use it to take pictures or use it to control the phone with gesture. Also has that 9ms response rate.
A: I doubt it, best buy cancelled my pre-order for the VZW S21 Ultra 256 even though it had a promised delivery date of 1/29/21 from my pre-order on 1/16/21. They cancelled even though I called and asked them to keep it open as long as possible. Recommendation - I went directly to SAMSUNG. Based on my experience I am recommending the same for others. No idea why this is going on.
Q: Is there a trade in value from your existing phone?
A: Yes, certain phone plans however give you a promotional increase in value. Also, past year's flagship phones are most likely to net you a higher value.
Q: Can extra memory be added through a microSD card?
A: The S21 does not have a spot for any external memory (SD card)
