Q: Can I run dual 32 gig sticks of DDR5 ram instead of four sticks of 16?
A: mixx72... dl the owners manual from the acer site and it explains everything in there in detail but the answer is yes...im adding a 16 gig to slot 3 because we can according to the manual and it seems very hard to get one in the 4th slot and i used the crucial system scanner on there site to know more about this pc and what memory to get

A: as long as you remember to put the fans on gaming mode your fine....there is auto-gaming-custom modes...i run auto when not gaming and then gaming when I'm gaming...custom the fans start at 60 % and u can adjust sliders from 60-100 % for each fan... i had a liquid cooled hp omen 40L the new 2022 model and returned it for this acer... it blows the hp away in every aspect...the hp just got way too hot for my liking and it didn't have argb lighting
A: They locked the bios, under clocking the ram. Lots of manufacturers do this. I think its to make it more "stable" ive tried to add 2 more 8gb sticks, from crucial. That should have worked, but causes crashes in applications and slows all the ram down to 2000mhz. I think im going to just upgrade the mother board to get away from the locked garbage that came pre-installed
A: the power supply is this model can only handle a 3080 if you go with a 3090 or 40 series you will need a new PSU 1000 watts or more.

Q: How do I remove the glass panel to change ram?
A: remove the 2 screws on that side, then push the button down and it slides off really nice and smooth, and since im always in mine updating things i left the screws out of both the front and the back sides
Q: does this PC cool effectively with only fans and no liquid cooling?
A: only if you upgrade it and add more fans like i have all my games run 43C on average@ max settings
