Q: Can you access android and the google play store (for google apps)
A: I purchased in September, 2018. Since then, have downloaded and used, several apps from Playstore.
A: The CB5-312T-K40U model Chromebook does not have a backlit keyboard.

Q: Does it run quiet and stay cool?
A: Have used for several hours per day, after purchase about 3 weeks ago. Runs cool and very quiet. However, if you have it plugged in - you will feel some heat on the bottom left hand side.
Q: How good is the sound system?
A: I use an external speaker. It's not loud enough right from the Chromebook for me. Maybe it's my age or the Chromebook's...not sure!
Q: When will this model be available from Best Buy?
A: I just go mine late March and it was the last one in stock.

A: The processor is MTK MT8173 processor with Quad-core CPU.
