A: Yes, they work with ps4 with no limitations.
A: The headset and receiver come pre-paired and I'm not sure if a way to pair new receivers with the headset. You will have to call Dell and ask them about sending a replacement and also how to pair them. If your monitor has a USB port on the back of it, that's a good place to plug it in where it won't be seen and you won't want to unplug it.
A: These headsets are charged through the USB cable to a computer. They do not use batteries that are taken out and recharged, nor is there a power brick and cord to charge--just the USB cable.
Q: Are they compatible to Xbox one?
A: Yes, you can use the included 3.5mm audio cable to connect it to the controller. Works great
A: Hello! Yes. This will work with the 7.1 virtual surround sound for your PS4. You will need to use it as a wired headset in order to utilize feature. The wireless capabilities only work with PCs.
Q: Is it possible to wirelessly pair it with my phone? without using the headphone jack
A: I don’t believe so. I haven’t tried but the head does come with a small Bluetooth dongle. The USB dongle fits inside the head set for storage and would not be convenient to plug into any phone .
A: i use them on an alienware R7 and a non alienware laptop. I think what they meant by design was that it matches the visual design of the case of the 51 and R6
