Damaged product
It came damaged screen busted returned it.. you cant expect to ship this item without additional protection.. was only in it's Original box with no protection on the screen the screen was smashed. You need to package items correctly. Stop being cheap and use additional boxes and padding to protect purchases.

Avoid This Product
I bought this product from BestBuy for more than six months and waited to compose this review. I was in search of a digital photo frame and ended up buying the Aluratek WiFi digital photo frame with touchscreen LCD display at BestBuy. This photo frame was easy to set up. However, not too long after, it began to malfunction even so often. The screen would blank out at times, the picture quality got poorer including not showing full images, the date and time stamp would be off, and the remote for the most part doesn’t work well. Most definitely I recommend not buying at all.

Affordable, easy and good clarity.
This is our second Aluratek frame. We appreciate the ease of setting up, sending pictures from e-mail or phone. This frame allows anyone who has the password and has downloaded the app to send pictures too. There is no charge for cloud storage through Amazon. Worth the purchase
