Q: Will this work with fortnite?

A: Yes. Fortnite is trash

Q: Did this come with preinstalled thermal paste, or do i need to buy? Thanks

A: It came with a cooler and paste was preinstalled on the cooler

Q: Does it come with a computer screen or just the Desktop?

A: This is just a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and the stock cool (fan + heatsink). You'll also need a case, a PSU (Power Supply Unit), a GPU(Graphical Processing Unit) / video card, a motherboard, a harddrive or ssd, ram, and a monitor.

Q: Why does this product go out of stock in 5 seconds?

A: Because scalpers exist and have robots to buy these immediately so they can resell them for 50% more. It's not like bb is stocking 1 of these at a time, it's likely 100 or so

Q: Does this come with a CPU Cooler and a Graphics Card?

A: This CPU does come with a stock cooler in the box, but you will need a separate dedicated graphics card as it does not come integrated with one.

Q: Whats better for gaming and photo editing 3600 or 3700 will mainly be a gaming pc but everybody at best buy tells me to go with the 3700 and I want to know why I don't want to pay over 100$ for nearly the same performance

A: Honestly... while you will get more from the 3700 for performance because of the additional cores (30% faster at computations while overclocked) if you are just doing this for a hobby save your money and go 3600. But if time is money obviously more cores are better suited and of course paired with a decent gpu in either case you couldn’t go wrong. Also for gaming it doesn’t really matter on most triple A titles because the gpu should handle the brunt of it.
