Q: I hope you can put me in the right direction? I do a lot of web searching, job resumes and on-line continuing education training. I do like speed and impatient with slow PCs. What would be the right APPLE all-in-one for me? Should I go with the 9th core?

A: Not sure what the ninth core is, I assume it is the latest desktop that allows you to have multiple hard drives and requires an external monitor. I personally feel that that is for people that who are doing very heavy work, processing a lot of photographs or videos, etc. It sounds to me like all you really need is an iMac. An iMac has plenty of power and will allow you to do all the web searching you need and is very fast. I personally also do a lot of web searching, web surfing and have multiple tabs open at the same time. I mean like several pages, with 10 to 15 tabs each, running all kinds of websites that can be heavy on the CPU. I also run a professional photography application, and a professional DJ application. Of course I am mindful to quit some applications so that I can run others so that I don't overload the CPU as well. That just never hurts. None the less, I have no problems. None of them falter at all whatsoever, and you would save yourself a lot of money by going with an iMac and you would probably be very happy with it. An iMac is $1,400, maybe $1,700. Where as you're bigger machine is going to be 5000 or $6,000. I used to sell those machines, and if you are professional photographer and you were downloading huge images and you're trying to output large files that will be printed on a gigantic Epson printer, then sure, maybe that's what you need. Otherwise it sounds to me like an iMac will suit you just fine.

Q: Does this truly have a Fusion Drive? I ask because it's the same price as the Apple website one without the Fusion Drive.

A: Yes it does have a fusion drive. I too was skeptical because the price online with Apple was higher. The salesman was quite helpful and we checked the specs and it is what was advertised. Very satisfied.

Q: Does this model comes with keyboard and mouse?

A: Yes. The mouse took a little getting used to as opposed to the finger pad but works nicely once I got used to it.

Q: What version of bluetooth does this Mac support?

A: It has a Bluetooth version of 4.2

    Q: What year?

    A: 2019

Q: I would like upgrade/buy my current Mac to a new one. When upgrading, is it the same way when upgrading an iPhone, it pulls it from the cloud? Also, does apple offers trading for? Thank you.

A: I had a 2009 19 inch iMac. Loved it. Had upgraded iOS as many times as could but finally wasn’t supported. Couldn’t sync my iPhone or iPad. I recently purchased a 21in iMac. I can’t answer to the cloud I don’t use it I can answer to moving everything. I backed old one up with my passport. Then did it to new one. Everything moved perfectly. All my music my photos my documents everything. So happy. So easy.
