A: There is no Ethernet port built in. I would suggest buying a thunderbolt adapter.
A: 3840 x 2160 is correct, per Asus support. I first chatted with Best Buy support and they verified BB information was correct. I then chatted with Asus support to make sure and Asus verified that the Asus web site is incorrect and that it is indeed 3840 x 2160.
A: The buttons are extremely hard to press and I can't turn it off when I try sometimes. You can change what the power button does in the settings. It's located on the side of the laptop.
Q: How long is the battery life? Is it replaceable?
A: I get about 4 and a half hours with a mixture of web surfing, video watching and emailing. Can turn off Bluetooth, dim the screen etc.. and get over 5 hours
A: when i first looked at this , it was $1299. It increased one week later to $1399. Called bb customer service and got a case number and went to store and bought for $1299 less student discount of $150.
Q: Both HDD can be replaced by user? Is it 2.5'' plus M.2?
A: Yes, you are able to replace both hard drives. One is a 512GB M.2 and the other is a 2TB 2.5" 5400 rpm drive.
Q: Is the operation system in the SSD?
A: Yes
Q: Is it a good gaming laptop?
A: Plays most games well. You won't hit 60 fps if you play a game in 4K settings.
