Q: what is the battery life for stuff like school work so medium use
A: Battery life is pretty good. I can unplug it and surf the net, play music, and walk back and forth away from my laptop and it'll last 2.5-3hr.
Q: Does it cool well, and how bad is the fan noise?
A: By my experience, it gets warm, but it hasn't been a cause for concern. As for the fan, it can get loud at times. This is my first gaming laptop, but it works well and is very powerful, and I'm glad I purchased it.
Q: Is the 16 GB of ram fixed? Is it expandable? Can I get more "dedotated wam"?
A: It can be upgraded to 32GB. It uses DDR4 SDRAM.
A: I’m guessing they don’t have in stock at the warehouse and that is why you can’t order online. Might be being phased out for the next gen.
