Q: Does it vacuum rugs as well as floors?
A: Yes, it vacuums carpets with a special attachment. I also was able to use it on my throw rugs by adjusting the suction so they didn't get sucked up into the machine. It has saved me so much trouble with the various aspects of my cleaning needs. I just love this little cannister.
A: I was in error on the amount of bags in the order. I just bought my bag replacements after 2 years of owning mine by typing in Atrix on the Best buy search. There are five bags for $12.99, I applied a coupon from my Best buy credit card and only paid $3 for the bags.
Q: How can I obtain just the accessories to this vacuum ?
A: I was able to order a reasonably priced pack of bag replacements (5) from Best Buy along with my order.
Q: Cany you buy parts for this vacuum as I already bought it 2 years ago.
A: I just ordered my bags typing Atrix on the Best buy search and there is an option to choose the bags. I believe they are a pack of 12. Great price.
Q: D Does it make a big noise?
A: No. It is a regular noise for a small canister vacuum.
A: Yes. However the two bags that come with the vacuum last an unusually long time. I have had my vacuum for 2 years now and just visited Best buy site to order replacement vacuum bags.
Q: Does the full bag indicator indicate when there is a clog?
A: No. It is only for the vacuum bag replacement. My vacuum was clogged with paper towels because I allowed someone to use it who obviously didn't know how to use a vacuum. My husband easily removed the blockage but that light never comes on unless the bag is actually full and needs to be replaced.
