Q: Why is there not a gold edition for PS5? only Standard edition is listed on BB site.
A: PlayStation no longer allows 3rd party vendors to sell digital copies of PlayStation games. If you want a digital copy you have to buy it from PSN. The Gold Edition is digital only.

A: Not with this edition, no. All preorders come with a free steelbook but only the standard edition comes as a hard copy with a disc to put in it. The gold and ultimate editions are digital-only so if you preorder either of them you'll have an empty steelbook, for what that's worth.
