Q: Will this charge with an Outerbox case?
A: I have an iPhone XR with an Otterbox defender case for work. While it will charge the phone through the case, it does have to be placed on the charger in what I will call the "sweet spot", then it charges perfectly.
Q: Dose this work with the new iPhone 12?
A: Yes because if it is a iPhone or a android phone that is Qi enabled then it is compatible.
Q: Will it charge my Apple Watch SE?
A: No, Nat. The charger will not work with Apple Watches.
Q: can you charge 2 iPhones at same time
A: You’re supposed to but it doesn’t.
Q: Can I charge my iPhone 7+ on this device?
A: No, Gary. The charger only works with Qi-enabled devices such as iPhone 8 and newer models.
Q: Will this work for a iPhone 6 or SE?
A: Hi. The Belkin WIZ002 works with iPhone SE 2nd Gen but not with iPhone 6 as it doesn't support wireless charging feature.
Q: Will this also charge the Samsung Gear S3 watch?
A: Hi, JODI. The charger has not been tested with your watch but it is designed for Qi-enabled devices. You may need to confirm with the watch manufacturer if it uses the same Qi-charging technology as in the wireless-charging-compatible phones.
