Q: So... there's no rinsing after shampooing?
A: No. However, you do a wet pass (back and forth while holding spray trigger) and then a dry pass (back and forth NOT holding the spray trigger) so it extracts a lot of the liquid. I imagine there is something in the solution that that inhibits bacterial growth which water on its own would promote. Some of the solutions also put down a protective barrier for future filth prevention. A rinse might remove that before it gets a chance to set in.
Q: Can I use hot water on it? Or does it warms the water by itself?
A: It is recommended to use hot water
Q: Do I have to vacuum first with a vacuum cleaner before using this cleaner or will this do both?
A: Yes, you have to vacuum first.
A: That popping sound sounds like an obstacle blocking the flow.
Q: The rollers ae not turning. do I need to replace a belt?
A: No, its probably a defect, as in mine is straight outta the box
A: This is def bagless. U empty out the container as it fills up. It's crazy u will see the water go from crystal clear to straight looking like hot cocoa
Q: How do you change the roller belt if it breaks
A: Take it to your local vacuum repair shop and theyu will do that for you
