Great Gift for Music Lover
||Posted .I bought this as a gift for someone who had been looking for the right headphones and listens to music on iPad, iPod, or iPhone most of the time. They had to be light and comfortable, but deliver excellent sound quality. The Bose OE2i was perfect, though like most Bose products a bit pricey. The headphones work great so far, but have only been in use about a month.

Good headphones overall
||Posted .I bought it because the price is much cheaper from the beats and its much lighter. when you go to apple store, you will notice that they use these headphones, they actually got me to buy them .. overall very good headphones. i like them.

Perfect!
||Posted .I love these headphones so much that I purchased another pair for a good friend for Christmas. The sound quality is very good. While they are not Bose noise cxls, they are perfect for when I travel. Blocks out the airplane noise and let's me watch movies in excellent sound conditions. Best feature, and why I love them, is they fold up nicely and for in the nice protective case that comes with it.

Great inexpensive headphones
||Posted .Great sounding unit and not expensive. You do need to be careful when unfolding as the hinges are plastic and not forgiving.

Q: QuestionBose OE2i compatibility with Nexus 5I realize this query has been asked multiple times but I am afraid I have a similar question yet again. My brother ordered a Bose OE2i Headphone for me recently. Unfortunately he didn't check that it is only compatible with Apple products. I own a Nexus 5 and wish to confirm if I would be in a position to use this headphone with it or not? Kindly confirm if I would at least be in a position to listen to music, if not receive calls, using this headphone; while operating a Nexus 5.

- A:Answer The OE2i will work to play audio from any device that has a 3.5 mm jack. The only Apple-Exclusive features are the volume +/- buttons on the inline controls. The microphone and the call answer/end button will still work with most non-apple phones. These headphones will definitely play music from any device regardless of whether the mic and in-line controls are compatible. Thank you for your question.

- A:Answer Yes! These headphones work well with Android phones. The only feature which will not work correctly are the volume +/- buttons on the in-line control. Those buttons are exclusive to Apple devices, but all other features will work normally with your android device. Thanks for the question!

Q: QuestionCan I purchase the OE2i cable a a replacement for use with my OE2 headphones?The OE2i headphones were out of stock so I purchased the OE2 model. I'm very impressed with the sound quality but I really need the inline mic cable that comes with the OE2i model. Rather than return the headphones, I prefer to purchase the replacement apple compatible cable through Bose. Please advise.
