A: 800 736 7948 is the number you will need to call when your PhotoShare won’t renew, took me months to find the right people. They have to have frame number and will send update directly to your frame

A: Hi! The frame has 8GB of storage and holds 5000+ photos. There are also SD and USB ports if you wish to expand the memory.
A: I had this same issue with my PhotoShare frame. I noticed in the IPhone App Store, there are two versions of the PhotoShare Frame app. I had to use the “V2” one. The other one would not recognize my frame ID.
