A: IF you order this from Dell you can get it with windows Pro instead of Home if you wish too along with up to 64gb of Ram as well. Other wise if you order through best buy then you go to geek squad tell them what u want and they would install this for you as wll. Not sure why Best buy and Dell state it only goes to a max of 32gb which is incorrect it actually can do up to 64gb of Ram!
