A: It does come with built-in HD webcam with dual array microphone.
Q: Is the RAM soldered or can I swap it out for 2 16gb SODIMM sticks?

Q: Does this computer really have no camera? Specs say it has no camera.
A: I've had this laptop for about a day. So far I really like it as I am quite pleasantly surprised -- never really been a fan of Dell. I thought the same thing when it said there was no front camera -- I was thinking who makes computers these days with no camera. The specs printed on this site does not do this laptop justice. The laptop does have a camera, and the camera even has a shutter you can close it shut instead of putting tape over like I've done with previous laptops. It even comes with the Dell Active pen, which is also not mentioned in the specs. There is a slot on the laptop to store the pen and charge it above the keyboard -- you do not need separate batteries for the pen like you do with the LG Gram 2 in 1. The picture quality is amazing and the sound is theater-like, especially if you use a blue tooth headset, but also sounds great without a headset. Another feature not mentioned is that you can set it up with the fingerprint reader or facial recognition. I had previously bought an LG Gram 2 in 1, but returned it. Even though the LG was a little lighter than this one, but not that much, the audio was horrible and the picture quality was not high def like this one. You will be happy to watch a Netflix movie on it. For the price, I think this Dell is a good buy, and I hope it lasts. I've been using my Sony Vaio since 2013, and it's still speedy so I hope this laptop will be of the same caliber. Hope this helps for those considering a purchase.
Q: Can this be charged using an external brick through usb?
A: Yes, you can use the thunderbolt 3 port for charging purpose but it needs to have 90 W of power supply to charge the system properly.
Q: Can the operating system be upgraded to windows 10 pro from windows 10 home
A: Yes, the operating system can be upgraded to Windows 10 pro from Windows 10 home.
Q: How do you go about charging the pen?
A: I was trying to figure out where the batteries are on the PN771M, when I noticed that there were two copper dots on the side of the pen that matched two in a slot at the upper part of the keyboard. I put the pen in the slot appositioned to the copper dots. Later on, the Bluetooth settings that initially shiwed 0% battery charge now indicated 100%.
A: This particular configuration has 60 Hz display.
