A: I Googled the bpa and it is bpa free. No to dehydrating. Air fryer ovens can dehydrate if that particular model has that feature but not air fryers

A: They all have different features, this one is a 5 liter digital fryer. 1805 is the same size but with analog controls instead of digital, 1809 seems similar to the 1804 but also seems to have an added feature or a keep warm function
