A: yes it does, I have it in my HP prodesk 400 which is a small tower with 400 watt PS, its both PCI -E 2.0 and 3.0 compatible.
Q: Will this fit in an HP Slimline p013wb or any slimlines for that matter?
A: We just installed it into an Optiplex 7010 and used the low profile bracket (provided). It fit and works perfectly.

A: Physically this will fit in it and it is going to be a nice upgrade from the previous card. Couple of things to consider. This card needs a PCIex16 slot. It needs a power supply of 300w or more.

A: Yes. As long as you have a PCIx slot, the space in the tower, and a reasonable power supply (> 380W), you'll be fine. Any CPU will work with it.
