Q: Can't control the temp ...I have it set to zero and it's 27 degrees ...everything is frozen!!
A: It is trying to get to zero! Of course everything is frozen. Set temp control for 40 or 42° in large fridges. Set on number 4 or 5 for a mini fridge.
Q: Is the freezer self defrosting?
A: No, but after a year or so of use it has started to defrost by itself. I am not happy about this.
A: Not to me. It was for a few hours when it started up just to get the coolants moving and the drastic temperature drop, but since then I’ve hardly noticed any. It’s only 5 feet away from where I sleep and not a hindering factor at all.
A: It is manufactured in China.
Q: Can the fridge and freezer be controlled individually ?
A: No...there is only one dial and I cannot regulated to keep my fridge section cold and if I turn it up, it freeze everything.
A: There is no temperature control...cant regulate my fridge nor the freezer....I wish I can return it after a month of use.
