Q: Does this version hook up to a side tank?
A: This model does not come with a side tank, but its compatible with a side tank accessory.

A: I believe my mom had the same issue and its either because there is no water in the water basin to create ice or the filter needs replacing!

A: It’s does store the ice but if I don’t use it, it would melt and replenish
