Q: Does the filter snap directly on the Hero5, or on the Super Suit or both?
A: It snaps directly onto the camera lense. There is a very small string that you should use to attach it to the camera in case the lense should fall off, which is a possibility, even though the filter is pretty secure.
Q: Is this compatible with the hero 6?
A: not with the under water case on
A: Color temperature isn't a replacement for a filter in that the temp adjusts what the sensor is capturing whereas the filter adds the red back in before the light hits the sensor.
Q: Will this work on the 4 or is there a different lens?
A: It is only for hero 5 and I do not own the hero 6 but I believe it should also fit the 6
