Yes this TV has audio for dolby atmos, However HDMI 2.1 and eArc compatibilities is not supported by this model, but one of our latest model 55U8G has all three functionalities. A: The original ARC supports Dolby Atmos, it just won't be lossless (TrueHD version). It will be a lossy Dolby Digital Plus version. Good thing is that, unless you have a very expensive home theater system, you won't notice the difference. Streaming services, like netflix, doesn't have lossless anything anyways.

Q: Can you download the Sprectrum TV app with this TV?
A: Spectrum does not allow their app to be installed on the google or android TV operating system This is not a tv brand issue, its a operating system issue. No TV with this operating system, no matter what brand, can download the spectrum app, not Sony, not Samsung or any other brand. If they run the android or google operating system you wont be able to download the spectrum app. Do what I do, If you love the TV, just and a Roku to it. The google/android operating system can do a lot more than a Roku, with the exception of the Spectrum app.
A: Try going to Rtings.com. Look for Hisense U6G settings. This is a good place to start. I had the same first impression, but since I took some time adjusting the settings the picture looks very good. It is better with streaming and DVD - Blu-Ray’s than Cable Tv. ( Cable is sometimes not a very good source ) Once adjusted this TV rivals the Big 3 at half the price.
