Q: Can I play video games on this and what FPS will it run?
A: I tried playing DarkSouls 3 on this and I was getting 12 FPS. I upgraded my ram to 16gbs and got the FPS to 22/25. The main problem with this Desktop is the power supply, which is a 180w. If you try to add a graphics card to this you can’t because of the low power supply. If you try to upgrade the power supply, you can’t because HP decided to “custom built” it. No other after market power supply will fit the case or motherboard.
Q: Does cpu have operator system
A: If you're referring if it has an operating system installed, yes it comes with Windows 10 operating system.
A: It's a complicated question, but no the graphics card requires 300W. This has a 180 watt power supply.
A: This desktop does have a CD/DVD burner drive to make CD's or DVD's.
A: As long as the vents in the back are not blocked as well, you should be fine.

A: It comes with WordPad and NotePad which are text editors. It does not come with a full word processor.
