Q: Do you have the HTC u11 with Verizon plan?
A: No I have it with a sprint plan. From what I know best buy is contracted to sell the u11 through sprint and no other carrier sell the u11 through best buy.
Q: Can the Loyalty Credit be applied to phones purchased through Best Buy?
A: Yes, the loyalty credit automatically applies when you set the phone up. Shortly after you activate, you'll receive a text message from Sprint informing you to look for it within the next couple bills. I haven't actually seen it yet (I just activated my phone a week ago) but the message came in shortly after I activated the phone. There was nothing special I did, it just came in (I wasn't even expecting it). Hope this helps a little.

A: This phone is set up for Sprint so no, it's not unlocked. HTC's site sells both the unlocked and the carrier specific models. I know what you mean as I was going to order this through HTC to get it earlier but held out until Best Buy had it so I could get the points on my Rewards account. Unfortunately you'll have to buy from another site (manufacturer's or otherwise) or play the waiting game to see if Best Buy is going to carry the unlocked version. In my opinion, don't hold your breath. If you look at what's offered from all the different manufacturers it seems like Best Buy isn't doing a whole lot with HTC. I could be wrong, again, just my opinion.
