A: Yes there is. It's not super high resolution, but it's a good quality camera and will deliver the performance of an average webcam.
A: As advertised, this device comes with Chrome OS, as it is the Chromebook model. There are similar Lenovo offerings in this line that are Windows 10 devices. I would not recommend trying to hack a Windows installation on this device. It is optimized for Chrome.
