A: The 3 letters at the end of the model number are used to signify what retailer group the TV was purchased from. It will not effect the specs of the TV. ^CP

A: I don't see an SD card slot, but there is a USB port to put a thumb drive or other USB enabled device in. It is located on the bottom left of the TV (if you are facing the TV screen) next to the plug in.

Q: How does the OLED do in brightly lit rooms, compared to other LED TVs?
A: I have a bank of windows along the adjoining wall and the C9 TV is quite easy to see. There are settings for bright room and for a vivid picture, use of one or both provide for a good picture and easy viewing in my room.
