Magic Keyboard is now available with Touch ID, providing fast, easy, and secure authentication for logins and purchases.
Magic Keyboard with Touch ID delivers a remarkably comfortable and precise typing experience
It’s also wireless and rechargeable, with an incredibly long-lasting internal battery that will power your keyboard for about a month or more between charges¹
It pairs automatically with your Mac, so you can get to work right away
And it includes a woven USB-C to Lightning Cable lets you pair and charge by connecting to a USB-C port on your Mac
¹ Testing conducted by Apple in March and April 2021 using preproduction Magic Keyboard with Touch ID units, firmware, and software paired with preproduction 24-inch iMac systems with Apple M1 chip.
Testing consisted of full battery discharge while engaging the device on a paired iMac using automated equipment. Battery life depends on device settings, usage, and other factors.

- A: AnswerYou're absolutely right, very good eyes. I believe BestBuy just fudged up the pictures, but if you look at the 2nd and/or 3rd picture, you can slightly make out that those images are of ANSI layout. I still cannot confirm for you whether or not you will get an ISO layout or ANSI, but here are a few things to get assurance from: 1. The model number (as you indicated) is for ANSI layout. If you receive an ISO layout, you have every right to return it for BestBuy sending you wrong product. 2. I ordered this keyboard and I got an ANSI layout. 3. The other pictures included in the page, you can make out that they are ANSI layout even though the main picture clearly is ISO. If you're looking to purchase this keyboard with the fear of getting ISO layout, I think you should be fine. I believe 99% this is a BestBuy mistake leaving a ISO layout pic for ANSI model. It's not like the people there really even know technology.

Small, compact design - but it is expensive
This was kind of expensive, but I made the splurge and added this to my purchase. The TouchID feature is great, and a timesaver. The design is small and sleek, and it is very responsive and holds a charge for a long time, going on 3 weeks now and its still at 67%. very good product

Expensive but works great
You HAVE to have an Apple Silicon Mac for this to work properly. So the older intel models I've heard do not work. I have a 14" MacBook Pro M1 and this works great. I saw a review in these reviews that said it doesn't work with Chrome and other things. For me this works exactly like Touch ID on the laptop itself. I can login, use Touch ID to open passwords, autofill on Safari and auto fill on Chrome, etc. I still think they're charging too much for this, but it's Apple and it's the only keyboard that has Touch ID, which I find very convenient.

Apple Touch ID capability,
I purchased this keyboard for the Touch ID since I have a M1 Macbook Pro and a M2 Max Studio. Both computers worked perfectly. If you do not need touch ID get a regular keyboard of any make. An expensive keyboard for sure but will probably last for many years and has Apple quality.
