A: I have never had a Native Union charging cord break. Some I have had for 2 years. I would check with Best Buy. It sounds like it may have been possibly defective. Mine are nearly indestructible. I have dogs and cats trying to mess with them.
A: Go to the native union website - with proof of purchase and a picture of damaged cord they should replace.
